We are excited about the many upcoming prospects for ThermaFreeze Products Corp. (“ThermaFreeze” or the“Company”), which trades under the ticker symbol TZPC. The products marketed by ThermaFreeze Products Corp. include the Company’s patented technology which is trademarked under the recognized name of ThermaFreeze.™
ThermaFreeze™ is a patented dry gel “powder like” technology that could ultimately end up replacing many of the ordinary refrigerant and thermal packaging options and medical/sports injury applications that currently exist in the marketplace today in the form of more voluminous, bulky solid state gels and liquids. We feel this process taking place at ThermaFreeze Products Corp. of preparing for market launch is now reaching a conclusion and, as a result, we expect the Company to engage in an aggressive rollout of its products into the market place beginning in Q1:2010. We believe this rollout will be impressive, resulting in substantial revenue growth for the Company during 2010 over previous levels.
The following is an excerpt from the December 21, 2009 Research Report on ThermaFreeze published by Emerging Growth Research:
The main application for the Company’s ThermaFreezeTM technology is the replacement of ordinary ice and gel packs for cold storage in uses ranging from ordinary applications such as the cooling of soft drinks at picnics to the refrigerant shipping requirements of perishables items. For several important reasons, the Company’s ThermaFreeze solution is often a vastly superior option for such applications. Specifically, because it is shipped to users in a dry powder format, rather than a bulky gel, the ThermaFreeze product is extremely lightweight prior to use, a condition that enables customers to achieve significant savings on shipping costs. Additionally, regarding use, once the product is hydrated and frozen, it stays colder much longer than ice and traditional gel packs. The unique technology and form factor packaging allow the ThermaFreeze product to also retain extensive flexibility after it is frozen. This significant increase in the flexibility of ThermaFreeze hot and cold packs allows them to be easily molded around an object, thereby saving space and allowing for lower shipping costs. These flexible attributes also increase thermal/coolant retention properties because ThermaFreeze products can be placed in direct proximity to the particular items that are being packaged, a benefit that gives ThermaFreeze a competitive advantage over ordinary ice and hot/cold gel packs. While we mainly discuss applications relating to “keeping things cold” in this report, we would also like to note here that there are many other equally important applications for the thermal properties of the Company’s ThermaFreeze technology given its unique ability to “keep things warm.”
